24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Your appointment is very important to me, as it is time reserved especially for you.
Please review this policy carefully. These terms are in place to secure appointment times and maintain fairness to all clients.
Appointment Cancellation
Lunar Lash requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
Rescheduling & Credits
To be eligible for a credit toward a future appointment, rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. When timely notice is given, the deposit may be held as a credit and applied to a rescheduled appointment once within 30 days of the originally scheduled date. If rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours prior, the deposit will be forfeited.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation, and any booking deposits will be forfeited. The following will also apply:
A nonrefundable late cancellation fee equal to 40% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
If no card is on file, future appointments may be denied until the fee is remitted.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be categorized as a “No-Show.” The following applies:
A non-refundable no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a deposit for any future appointments at the discretion of Lunar Lash.
Repeat no-shows will result in the client being
required to prepay the full cost of services and additional deposits for future bookings, and/or refusal of future service at Lunar Lash.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be marked as a cancelation and be subject to additional cancelation fees, and any booking deposits will be forfeited.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. At our discretion, exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
By booking an appointment with Lunar Lash, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of this Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy Agreement.
ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
2 PERSON MAX ROOM:
For purposes of safety & liability, no one else is allowed into the service room other than the Lash technician, and the person receiving the service.
Absolutely no guests or children are allowed.
Your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged according to my late cancellation policy.
CELL PHONES AND PERSONAL ITEMS:
Cell phones must be silent and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye/lash services, which involve the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, requiring focus and precision. Please be courteous and respectful of my time and work by keeping your phone silent until your session is complete. I reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone during your session.
KEEP IN MIND:
Contact lenses MUST BE REMOVED during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.
RESULTS:
Individual results may vary and are dependent on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.
**Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance. If you’re taking acne medication, Retin-A or Accutane, talk to your doctor about stopping the medication before and during treatment to avoid complications. A doctor’s note may be required before services are performed.**
REFUNDS & Booking Deposits:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any services at Lunar Lash, including any allergic reactions. I do and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.
ALLERGIES:
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions or lash lifts in the past and think you may have an allergy to eyelash extensions or lash lift products, please let me know prior to your appointment.
**Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.**
Booking and Payment Authorization
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize Lunar Lash to charge applicable fees to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
Deposit — Purpose and Amount
The booking deposit serves to secure an appointment time and confirm the client’s intent to receive services. The deposit amount is determined by Lunar Lash at time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of services on the appointment date.
Non-Refundable Nature of Deposit
All deposits collected by Lunar Lash are strictly non-refundable. Submitting a deposit confirms the client’s acceptance that, except as specifically stated below, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, change of mind, or client illness.
